Sellers of the used and rare in the area since the mid-1980s, they have been in their Chestnut Street location since 1997. Over 75,000 used book in stock with another 5,000 books in their bargain section, which features hundreds of titles in the Western, Romance, Thriller and Mystery, Sci-Fi and Literature genres. There are some surprises as well, local ephemera, autographs, vintage photographs and maps, even the occasional piece of furniture (perhaps run-off from their sister store,
Pete's Used Furniture Barn in Unadilla). If you know what you are looking for, ask away. Nearly all of their books are entered into a database, so they are easily searchable. Will do special orders, book repair and binding, and appraisals on request. Open Monday - Saturday, 10am-4pm.
